A very pleasant and relaxed pub with a jovial and welcoming landlord, friendly regulars and good beer. Nice lounge bar with added curios (not sure of the significance of the blue marlin fish and two clarinets though?). It’s a nice summers evening drive up to the village along the Trent and the pub, like the village is well worth a visit.
