Situated on the banks of the Trent at Stoke Bardolph, this pub boasts a large eating area and seems to concentrate more on this aspect than the beer sales, indeed the bar area is tiny in comparison with the restaurant area. Ideal for a summer evenings visit but beware this is a popular spot for visitors and it’s also susceptible to flooding. Overall Mark: 6/10 |
